Once you’ve submitted an eScript with Farma, we aim to have our team review and approve your eScript within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
Remember, your approval email and other communications from Farma may be in your junk or spam folders of the email address you’ve registered your account under, so please check there first and get in touch if you can’t locate it.
Please note: each eScript has a unique token and code associated with it, so if you submit an eScript with Farma and take that same eScript to another pharmacy to dispense, you will no longer be able to purchase your prescription medication with us - this is a common reason why your eScript may not be approved.
Any order placed using an eScript that has been dispensed elsewhere will be cancelled and refunded via Store Credit, so please ensure each eScript you submit is current, valid and has not been dispensed elsewhere.
